2010 Membership Social
The Waynesville-St. Robert Chamber of Commerce is excited
to invite its members to a night of celebration at the Annual
Membership Social to be held July 17th beginning at 6 p.m.
at the St. Robert Community Center. The theme for the evening
is a summertime Luau. So put on your Hawaiian shirts and huarache
sandals and we'll be doing the hula with music from Tony Ray;
grass skirts optional.
During the evening we'll be taking a special moment to thank
outgoing Board Members Wayne Strohschein and Perry Roberts
and welcoming their replacements, Jackie Farris and Mike Freeman.
Additionally we'll be thanking Mike Dunbar for his time as
Chamber President and welcoming the incoming President for
the 2010-2011 year, Ronda Cortesini.
The evening's festivities is being sponsored by Citizens
Mortgage Company, your home loan specialists. Tickets are
$15 each. Dinner will be provided by Vidies Catering. Get
your reservations in now for the party of the summer by calling

"It's All Here!"
 The
Chamber is excited to announce the upcoming shop local event,
"It's All Here!" to be held on November 5th from
5 p.m. to midnight. This community event is designed to promote
area merchants and encourage consumers to spend their dollars
locally.

Workforce Job Fair Sign-Up Now
Don't wait until it's too late! There is no better time to
sign your business up for the 2010 Operation Workforce Job
Fair to be held on August 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the
St. Robert Community Center.
 Our
area is teaming with quality and skilled workers who are looking
to make the right match and land the job for which they've
been searching. Don't let that person slip through the cracks

will be provided.

Membership Social if fast approaching on July 17th, be sure

My
name is Melissa Shelden and I am the owner of Westside Salon.
My vision was always to open my own salon. I opened Westside
Salon on April 1, 2005. I have been a stylist for over ten
years. I'm a firm believer in furthering my education. I believe
in this community and I love seeing businesses grow. I have
been an ambassador with the chamber since May 2010. I'm so
excited to see the community grow and help be apart of it.
