The Seventh Annual Polar Meltdown Chili Cook-Off will be held on January 25th at the St. Robert Community Center. Chamber members are encouraged to get their office together and enter the Cook-off for the chance to walk away with one of the following awards, Best of Show, Champion Chili, Showmanship, and People's Choice. The entry fee for this event is $75 for a Business Team, $50 for a Non-Profit Team and $25 for an Individual Team. The deadline to enter is January 3rd. A late entry fee will apply to all teams that enter after the deadline. For an additional $15 teams that pre-register can take advantage of the Early Bird Selection and pick their booth's location at the event. For more rules/regulations contact the Chamber office. The Annual Taste of Pulaski County & Basket Auction will be on March 29th at the St. Robert Community Center. Area restaurants will provide a taste of their menu during the event. We have sponsorships available that include your name in all press releases, logo on fliers and advertising, logo and link on the event web site, and an ad in the printed program. As a sponsor you are welcome to have a booth at the event! The Chamber hopes to receive a basket or gift certificate from every member business to support our largest fundraiser of the year. Also needed are silent auction items and door prizes.

The Golf Tournament will be on April 24th at the Fort Leonard Wood Piney Valley Golf Course with a 10 a.m. Shotgun. There are a couple of sponsorship opportunities available for this event.

The Challenge will be held May 10th in the Waynesville Park in downtown Waynesville. Teams of two will race to stations and complete challenges. The first team to successfully complete all challenges and cross the finish line will be the event winner. There are two types of sponsorships available.

The CHOICES Program will be presented to the eighth grade classes in Pulaski County. The Waynesville-St. Robert Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Rotary Club of Pulaski County is proud to bring the CHOICES Program to the students of our community. This is an innovative program that teaches invaluable lessons on topics such as money, time management and making the right academic choices.
